Site & demonstrator
- Without your consent the site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics in the browser and does not connect to Google. Google Analytics runs only after you click “Accept” — details below.
- Analysis runs on a public camera; faces and plates are blurred, frames are not stored, no embeddings are computed. Only counters and blurred event snapshots are saved for verification — no personal data in the output.
- Verification votes (confirm/refute) are used to compute accuracy. With each vote the server stores the IP address only so that one address gets one vote per event (the vote can be changed); the IP is not published and not sent to Google.
- Contact form: data (name, e-mail, message) processed solely to handle the inquiry — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)/(f); retention up to 12 months; technical notification via Telegram. Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, complaint to the Polish DPA.
Cookies & Google Analytics 4
- Only with consent. When you click “Accept” in the banner we start Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Before consent and after “Reject” the site sends no data to Google.
- Purpose and legal basis: aggregate usage statistics — page views, scrolling, clicks on buttons and links, votes, shares, language switch, clip playback, use of the form (never its content). Basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the cookie rules of the ePrivacy law). Name, e-mail and message never reach Google; Google Signals and ad personalisation are off.
- Cookies:
_gaand_ga_4561KTT50X(a random browser and session identifier), for the domain patrol.flyreelstudio.eu only, valid for up to 400 days. Event data are kept in Google Analytics for 14 months and then deleted automatically. - Transfer outside the EEA: Google may also process data in the USA — under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Withdrawing consent: at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page →
“Reject”. We then switch Google Analytics off, delete the
_ga*cookies and remember your choice. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. - Browser storage (localStorage, not cookies): your consent choice (
sa_consent), the language (bp_lang) and your votes for highlighting the buttons (bp_voted2) — they stay in your browser and are not sent to Google. - Server logs: like any web server, the server keeps technical access logs (incl. IP address, time, page, browser) for security and aggregate visit statistics (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); the logs are rotated and overwritten automatically.
No output may be treated as an accusation of, or evidence for, any offence.
